Besides our main Comference, this summer we're doing something special: We sit down with a group of people to talk about open source, cultural change and product owners. These conversations are streamed live, and attendees have the possibility to ask questions. After the interactive live event, the panel will sit down to record a short podcast to summarize the most important lessons from the live event.

Comference is not only about the actual talks, but also the community. For these events, we are using the Comference Discord server to act as a communication hub before and during the event.
Get together, make friends and get a sneak peak at what is going on.
Ask questions of the speakers, discuss the contents and team up during Game Night!
It has been a long-running discussion: Companies should put more effort into (facilitating) contributing to Open Source projects. Companies often earn quite a bit of their money by using Open Source, but quite regularly do not contribute back to those projects. In this session, our guests will talk about the how and why of contributing to open source as a company.

Not every company has a culture that fits with how management or developers want their company to be. Changing a company culture is not an easy task, but it is possible. Join this session to learn about how to figure out where you want your company culture to go, how to introduce the company culture that you want and how to facilitate the change.
